1. Choose Your Workout or Plan

Select a workout or training plan based on your goals—whether you want to swim faster, improve your technique, or prepare for a triathlon. Sync it to your goggles, leave your phone in your bag, then dive in.

2. Lap-By-Lap Motivation

Your goggles will tell you exactly what to do, when to do it, and the effort level to swim—just like a real coach. Letting you focus on your swim and have more fun.

3. Track Your Progress

After your swim, head to the app and see a detailed analysis of your stats. You'll have access to your pace, stroke count, and much more. Check out where you can make improvements and celebrate your progress over time.

TrainingPeaks Integration

Seamlessly import your workouts from TrainingPeaks to the FORM app and see instructions in your goggles. Once your swim is complete, the data automatically syncs back to TrainingPeaks.

Set Your Pool Length

Our goggles can be used in pool lengths of 15m and up. Guided workouts created specifically for 25m/yd and 50m pools.

Swim Open Water

In open water mode, connect your goggles to a compatible Garmin or Apple Watch* to see distance and pace metrics. Track your open water swims and analyze your stats out of the water.

3.5, Not 3.0
Color: Medium Set of 6
These balls were almost exactly what I needed. I was replacing my boy’s favorite ball, which is the 3” squeaky, spikey ball that fits in the chuck it launcher. Unfortunately I saw the shiny object next to it and because there were SIX balls and a dollar less, I failed to see that these are 3.5” balls instead of 3”…. Great balls but no fitty in the slingy. Buyer beware. No chuck it no problem. Save a buck.

MY CHIHUAHUA LOVES THESE BALLS!!
Color: Samll Set of 8
My little chihuahua, BamBam, is addicted to balls, especially little balls that squeak! However, any balls that have material on them, BamBam will tear them apart, swallow the material and then get an upset tummy! These balls saved the day! BamBam LOVES them & she cannot tear them apart! They hold up so well! No matter how much BamBam plays with them, they keep squeaking away!

Squeaky ball
Color: Large Set of 4
Perfect squeaky ball. Dogs love them. I love that they're durable and their thickness aids their durability. My Great Dane will play alone for hours with a ball.
